Our assessors will assess the individual and the report will provide employers with an Executive Summary outlining the strengths and challenges, the diagnosis and a list of bespoke recommendations. For those employees who already have a diagnostic report, our team of specialist assessors can come to the workplace and undertake a Workplace Needs Assessment, which will identify and recommend the most appropriate reasonable adjustments to help improve the individual’s performance.
